Kelsey Bennett

Areas of interest - Trauma, anxiety, stress management, children & adolescents, life transitions and disordered eating

Kelsey has 3+ years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan and is a Level 2 member of the Australian Counselling Association. She is undertaking further training in trauma-informed care/ interventions.

Jessica Armstrong

Jessica takes a person-centred, strengths-based approach to ensure therapy is tailored to each client. She is a Level 2 member of the Australian Counselling Association and a bronze member of the Australian Centre for Eating Disorders.

Mel places a strong focus upon the client's personal growth, fostering self-awareness, holistic wellbeing  and discovering meaning/purpose in life. She is currently undertaking training as a couples therapist.
