Go Reach Our World (GROW) provides outreach counselling services to NDIS participants who for various reasons are unable to attend in-clinic appointments.
Individuals who have an approved NDIS plan with funding for Capacity Building supports (Improved Daily Living) are able to access this service.
GROW is run and delivered by one of our qualified and experienced social workers.
This service is suitable for NDIS participants who are unable to leave their residence to attend in-clinic appointments or require home visitation.
This includes but is not limited to participants who are unable to access our clinics due to physical or mental health conditions.
Areas of interest - Autism spectrum disorders, alcohol and other drugs, children and adolescents with behaviour challenges and their families, trauma, and personality disorders.
Therapeutic approaches - Eclectic, strengths based, person centred approach that is informed by Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy.
Susie has been a qualified social worker since 2002 and has extensive experience working in alcohol and other drug services, mental health, and behaviour support (primary education). She believes that each person is unique, and tailors her approach to meet the needs of the individual.
