Caitlin has worked within the mental health and education field for over 3 years, working with young people in understanding the complexities of violence, building healthy relationships and increasing self-confidence.

Areas of interest - Somatic psychology, relationship and sex therapy, ADHD, depression, the mind-body connection and anxiety


Therapeutic approaches - The Franklin Method, Dance Therapeutics and Somatic approaches (trauma)


Rebecca works with clients to create an environment where issues may arise organically and be examined at a pace that feels natural to the client. She aims to provide a warm and supportive environment that fosters authenticity, and takes a holistic approach to well-being.
